Relaxing Foot Zoning with Tammy Anderson Ward
Sundays  &  Thursdays  

This natural approach is a great way to zen out, de-stress and give yourself a regenerative experience giving you hope for a healthier future. Foot Zoning is a powerful modality which uses gentle massage and pressure with specific techniques on points in the feet to stimulate the body's natural healing mechanisms. 

Tammy has been certified since 2013 along with many other modalities. Her grandma also practiced reflexology on her when she was a child. It's amazing how everything is connected in the feet! Tammy also includes a mineral foot soak, Lumiceutical light therapy, aromatherapy treatment with salve and more.

​Enjoy the restful and relaxing experience of a foot zone today. You get the option between a 45 minute or a 75 minute selection. Both are great! Choose the one that best fits your personal preference.

REIKI with Cali Lott

Reiki is a complementary health approach in which a practitioner places their hands just above different areas of the body. It's based on an Eastern medicine belief that living beings have energy fields that support their health and vitality. When the energy in our bodies gets trapped or excessive we can suffer from physical ailments. By using Reiki, we move that energy to help relieve these conditions and emotions.This method can reduce stress, encourage relaxation and improve balance in your body and spirit. 

Cali provides a very relaxing environment for your child to relax and let their brains rest and experience a meditative state. This is to help guide this energy in a way that leads to balance and healing.

Human Design & Akashic Record Readings with Sydnee Shey

Sydnee is a certified Akashic and Human Design reader. Her journey with both has been nothing short of transformative. What started as a personal quest for healing and guidance turned into a mission to help others discover the same profound sense of clarity and empowerment. The Akashic Records and Human Design blueprint are like a sanctuary where you will find healing for wounds you might not even realize are affecting you. It’s like having a supportive friend who always has the answers you need.

As Sydnee delved deeper into her HD and the Akasha she saw that many people struggle with self-worth, just like she did. That's why she’s passionate about helping others. She aims to guide people to find their authentic paths and love themselves for who they are. She wants to show them that being genuine is a strength and that they don't need to fit into someone else's mold, inspiring them to let go of the need the need to prove their worth. Just as these intuitive tools guided her, she hopes to do the same for others, so they can confidently embrace their true selves and find their own way. The Akashic Records are a cosmic repository of information that holds the collective wisdom and experiences of every soul, offering insights into past, present, and potential future experiences. Human Design is a fascinating system that reveals your individuality like a personalized roadmap. It's like a blend of astrology, ancient wisdom, and modern science. By analyzing the positions of celestial bodies at your birth, it uncovers your natural strengths, challenges, and even your life's purpose.
