Vendor Details:   
  • This conference is located in two different building. The vendors are located in both buildings they are right next to each other in close walking proximity. We also have excellent signage!
  • Choose the building you prefer to be in and we will do our best to put you in the building of your choice. *This is on a first come basis. 
  • Booth sizes approximately 6' deep x 8' wide. 
  • Your Friday & Saturday tickets are included with your purchase!
  • Each vendor receives an additional 10 Saturday- general admission guest tickets, 1 extra Friday general admission guest ticket, and 8 Virtual attendees. Use these extra tickets for your helpers, do giveaways on social media to promote your booth that you will be at the conference! And for friends, family, and preferred clients. (Saturday General Admission Value: $590. Friday General Admission Value: $78.)​
  • ​If you want any additional space to increased width or depth, please contact us directly for custom pricing.

 $300 Standard Booth  
This is the most economically priced vendor space. The traffic is a little bit lower but is still excellent with this many people.
Approximately 6' deep x 8' wide Vendor Space.
  • A table and 2 chairs and are provided for you.
  • 10- Saturday general admission tickets included,​​ valued at $590. 
  • 1-Friday general admission tickets included,​​ valued at $39. 
  • 8- Virtual - tickets included, valued at $312.
  • Complimentary access to a pre-recorded business training with Tammy Anderson Ward, valued at $197.

$400 Silver Booth 
  • This is located in good traffic located in the in vendor hall.
  • Approximately 6' deep x 8' wide Vendor Space 
  • A table, and 2 chairs and are provided for you.
  • 10- Saturday general admission tickets included,​​ valued at $590.
  • 1-Friday general admission tickets included,​​ valued at $39. 
  • 8- Virtual - tickets included, valued at $312

$500 Premium Booth 
  • This is located in high traffic located in building 1.
  • Approximately 6' deep x 8' wide Vendor Space 
  • A table and 2 chairs and are provided for you.
  • 15- Saturday general admission tickets included,​​ valued at $590.
  • 1-Friday general admission tickets included,​​ valued at $39. 
  • 8- Virtual - tickets included, valued at $312
  • 5 amp electricity included.

$750 Platinum Booth 
  • This is located in the highest traffic area located in building 1 in the hallway or front row in vendor hall.
  • Approximately 10' deep x 10' wide Vendor Space, it is the largest vendor space available.
  • A table and 2 chairs and are provided for you. Please bring additional if needed.
  • 15- Saturday general admission tickets included,​​ valued at $590.
  • 2-Friday general admission tickets included,​​ valued at $78. 
  • 8- Virtual - tickets included, valued at $312
  • 5 amp electricity included.
  • Complimentary access to a pre-recorded business training with Tammy Anderson Ward, valued at $197.

If you need electricity for your booth you may add it on at checkout for $30
You will not be able to add this the day of the conference. It must be pre-ordered.

Question:  If I don't get a booth, can I still solicit my products and services?
Answer:  Absolutely not, and thank you for understanding. Individuals and businesses that do not have a booth in the vendor area and conference are not allowed to display and share their information at the event. As an vendor, all of your promotional activities must take place in your assigned space. Thank you for contacting someone at our registration table if you see a vendor or someone else soliciting outside of their assigned booth space.

Question:  What's your cancellation policy?
Answer:  Our policy is t
here are be no refunds for any reason, as is standard industry policy.
In the event that you are unable to participate for some unforeseen reason, and you need to cancel, you may transfer to an approved vendor to sell your space. 


Question:   When do we take our booth down?
Answer:  If you still have appointments and/or your traffic is great, please stay up until 7 pm. It is common for people to wait until the last hour and then shop fast. We ask that you please stay until 6 pm.

Question:   Do you offer discounts if I register multiple booth spaces?
Answer:  Yes. We do! Please refer to the email above. It is based on availability and space.


Question:   As a vendor, can I have products shipped directly to the facility?
Answer:  You will need to check with the individual facility to see if they offer this service and pay any fees required.


Question:  Do you share your mailing list ever?
Answer:  NO. We never share, sell or trade our mailing list.

I am so glad I chose to have a table at the Energy Healing Conference! As a speaker and healer, I currently do not sale physical products, instead I sale session packages, webinars and retreats. I thought that people would have to see me present my class in order to work with me and that a booth would be a waste of time. Not so!
