Nestled in the heart of Tremonton, Utah, at 121 E Main Street, there’s a special place that was created with one purpose in mind: to nurture the mind, body, and spirit of our community. The Wellness Studio is more than just four walls and a roof—it’s a sanctuary for healing, connection, and growth. It was envisioned and brought to life by Tammy Anderson Ward and her husband Casey Ward, longtime community builders, entrepreneurs, and producers of the Energy Healing Conference, which is an event series that has touched the lives of thousands across the region for over 11 years. Beyond their professional roles, Tammy and Casey are also proud parents to eight children and grandparents to three beautiful grandbabies. Their deep love for family and community is what drives their work and inspires the vision behind the Wellness Studio. Tammy and Casey have spent years traveling, hosting, and supporting events that focus on healing, transformation, and empowerment. Through the Energy Healing Conference, they’ve witnessed firsthand the incredible ways people come alive when they feel safe, supported, and seen. With this in mind, they dreamed of creating a permanent space right here in Tremonton—a place where the same spirit of connection and healing could be experienced not just once or twice a year at a big event, but every often and regularly. The Wellness Studio was born out of that vision: a safe, welcoming haven where people can come to restore balance, release stress, and experience the kind of healing that uplifts the mind, body, and spirit. The space was designed to support people through:
Each person who has walked through the doors—whether it was for their first yoga class, a Breathwork session, or simply to check out the space—has contributed to the heartbeat of the studio. Tammy often says that healing is amplified in community. Every smile, every shared experience, every moment of connection adds to the energy of the Wellness Studio. The warm embrace from Tremonton has been more than Tammy and Casey ever imagined. Whether you’ve attended an event, shared kind words, or simply spread the word, you’ve helped shape this studio into a thriving hub of healing and connection. For that, they are deeply, deeply grateful. The Wellness Studio was intentionally designed to be versatile, modern, and deeply calming. Whether you’re looking for a place to practice yoga, attend a meditation circle, or immerse yourself in a sound bath, the studio adapts to your needs. Here’s a glimpse of what we offer: 🌬 Breathwork - Guided by experienced facilitators—including Tammy herself—Breathwork sessions at the studio create powerful opportunities for release and renewal. Whether in group circles or private sessions, participants often leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected. 🎶 Sound Healing Sound has a unique ability to realign and soothe. With instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, our sound healing immersions help participants wash away tension and reconnect with balance. 🧘 Yoga & Meditation Our yoga and meditation offerings provide both grounding and expansion. Whether you’re brand new or advanced in your practice, there’s something here for you to help reconnect with your body and calm your mind. 🌿 Community Workshops & Retreats From mindfulness practices to creative circles, our workshops and retreats are designed to inspire growth and connection. Each event is crafted with love and intention to help people discover new tools and perspectives for living well. One of the things Tammy and Casey love most about the Wellness Studio is its adaptability.
The studio’s thoughtful design—freshly renovated interior, flexible lighting, comfortable mats, chairs, and ADA accessibility—ensures that everyone who enters feels welcomed and supported. The Wellness Studio is still in its early chapters, and Tammy and Casey are brimming with ideas for the future. Here’s what’s on the horizon:
