Discovering the Power of Breathwork:
​My Journey and How You Can Experience It for Free

As someone who has always been passionate about mind-body wellness, I am constantly seeking ways to help others experience deeper levels of healing. Over the past year, I’ve been on a powerful journey studying breathwork, and it has truly transformed how I approach both my own wellbeing and the services I offer at the wellness studio and also the Energy Healing Conferences.

Breathwork is not just about taking deep breaths; it’s a profound practice that allows you to release stress, emotions, and energy blockages held within your body. It’s a tool that can help people tap into greater levels of clarity, peace, and even emotional release. Personally, it has helped me move through challenges, reconnect with myself, and cultivate more balance in my daily life. Through this practice, I’ve witnessed how much our breath can influence our overall wellbeing—mentally, physically, and spiritually.

I started my breathwork certification class with Jana McKinney back in January, and it's been an incredibly eye-opening experience. I’ve learned techniques that allow people to tap into the transformative power of their breath to shift their energy and reconnect with themselves in the most profound ways. Now, as part of my certification, I’m thrilled to offer FREE breathwork sessions at my Wellness Studio in Tremonton, UT from now until November!

Each session is a hands-on experience, guiding participants into a deeply relaxed and meditative state. It’s a beautiful opportunity to let go of stress, unwind from the daily grind, and focus on your inner self. Whether you’re new to breathwork or you’ve practiced before, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are and help you find more peace and clarity in your life.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, anxious, or simply in need of a reset, I encourage you to join one of these free sessions. Not only will you experience deep relaxation, but you’ll also learn techniques that you can use in your own life to cultivate more balance and inner calm. I believe breathwork can be life-changing, and I want to share that with as many people as possible.

All you need to bring is a blanket, pillow and water bottle. Journals are optional but encouraged for those who want to reflect on their experience afterward. I have the noise canceling tech gear, comfortable mats and a safe setting for you to participate in. These sessions are designed for adults (ages 18+), and pre-registration is required, as space is limited. There is also one session designed for teens each month so check out the links for details if you are also wanting to empower your kids.
