Meet Your Event Producer & Business Mentor
Tammy has hosted dozens of life changing conferences since 2014 helping to bring clarity to thousands about alternative health and energy healing. She has also published several books and hosted dozens of intimate, life changing retreats. She is a popular speaker, professional mentor, conference producer, author and healing arts advocate. She's in love with her gorgeous husband of 24 years. Tammy is also the proud mom to 8 kids and #GrammyTammy to 2 beautiful grandchildren.
Jhil SeraphinaThe session will start with aromatherapy to set the space and a guided meditation focusing on breath work to help calm your mind as we slowly transition into a Sound Bath. These healing vibrations will help shift your brain into a meditative and relaxed state, allowing your body to rest, reset and rejuvenate itself. The sounds are created by a variety of instruments, including gong, drums, tuning forks, rain sticks, chimes, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, etc.

Come in your comfy clothes! Bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket and allow yourself to drift away! Being bathed in sound waves is unlike anything you've experienced before. You will leave feeling zen and blissed out. Jhill Seraphina is a licensed Massage Therapist, certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Shaman. She is passionate about all three pillars of healing: mind, body, and spirit. Whether she's providing individualized care in her office or doing sound baths at festivals, conferences, and retreats, Jhill makes everyone feel brighter, lighter, and happier!
