How does the seating work?
VIP Badge holders have priority access for ALL events. First come, first seated after that to every room.
Are the vendors free to the public?
Yes. Anyone is welcome to come and experience the vendors. However, all in attendance are required to check in at the
registration table and fill out a disclaimer for liability persons. Anyone without a lanyard will not be permitted.
Where are they located?
They are located in the main lobby, the large vendor hall area and also along the north hall.
Do we have a list of Vendors and their booth #?
Yes. We will be posting the final map with their final numbers the week before the conference.

Is there a designated hotel with discounts arranged for travelers?
Yes. Staying at the Embassy Suites nearby is convenient and makes the entire experience easier. Plus, meet like minded people. We do also have a discounted rate arranged that is good until the end of January.
What’s the best way to get there?
Options include driving, ride share services, and public transportation; the conference center is centrally located off of I-15.
Where can I park?
Nearby, easy to access parking is free.
How much does it cost?
General session tickets begin at $10 for early bird pricing. Ticket pricing goes up at weekly intervals leading up to the conference. It is recommended to get them in advance to save. At the door pricing is $69 per person.
VIP tickets begin at $50 and continue to go up at weekly intervals. They do come with a lot of other perks including:

Meet & Greet Evening on February 14th, 2025 with some of our top experts, starting at 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. This will be held at a nearby location called LOTUS.

What if I want to change my tickets?
For changes to ticket selections, please tell the Registration support person at the conference.
How do I get my pre-registered tickets?
Your lanyards & schedules are held at Will Call available to pick up beginning on Saturday morning as early as 7:45 am and throughout the day until 7 pm. You can expect to receive a text from us asking you to confirm your attendance.
Can I purchase my tickets at the event?
It is HIGHLY recommended to get your tickets in advance since this event is expected to be a sold out event. However, you can try to get tickets at the door in case we have room.
