Foot Zones with Tammy Anderson Ward
- Sunday-Wednesday -  

This natural approach is a great way to zen out, de-stress and give yourself a regenerative experience giving you hope for a healthier future. Foot Zoning is a powerful modality which uses gentle massage and pressure with specific techniques on points in the feet to stimulate the body's natural healing mechanisms. 

Tammy has been certified since 2013 along with many other modalities. Her grandma also practiced reflexology on her when she was a child. It's amazing how everything is connected in the feet! Tammy also includes a mineral foot soak, Lumiceutical light therapy, aromatherapy treatment with salve and more.

​Enjoy the restful and relaxing experience of a foot zone today. You get the option between a 45 minute or a 75 minute selection. Both are great! Choose the one that best fits your personal preference.

Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga
​with Makenna Anderson
- Tuesdays and Thursdays -

I was introduced to yoga in the depth of struggling with self insecurities and mental health issues. I explored other holistic ways to help me, and it was yoga and breath that was able to help me with these challenges we often experience with life. Yoga provides me with a sense of ease in my mind, and grounding within my self, my life, and my connection with the earth. There is magic about yoga. I completed my 200 hour YTT at Transcend Yoga School in 2022 and I’m excited to share my love of yoga with others. I believe that through your practice it can transform and uplift your life. 

Tuesday Vinyasa Yoga: 
 A flowy sequence of yoga poses connecting breath with movement

Thursday Restorative Yoga: 
A gentle slow paced flow focusing on relaxation and stillness.

REIKI with Cali Lott

Reiki is a complementary health approach in which a practitioner places their hands just above different areas of the body. It's based on an Eastern medicine belief that living beings have energy fields that support their health and vitality. When the energy in our bodies gets trapped or excessive we can suffer from physical ailments. By using Reiki, we move that energy to help relieve these conditions and emotions.This method can reduce stress, encourage relaxation and improve balance in your body and spirit. 

Cali provides a very relaxing environment for your child to relax and let their brains rest and experience a meditative state. This is to help guide this energy in a way that leads to balance and healing.

FOOT ZONE with Kristen Holmgren

Meet Kristen Holmgren, a certified Foot Zoner dedicated to helping others find relaxation, clarity, and healing through the power of Foot Zoning. Her journey began after experiencing her first foot zone, which left her feeling incredible and eager to learn more. After years of curiosity and contemplation, the perfect opportunity arose, allowing her to complete her training and become certified. Since then, she has been passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies and take the first steps on their healing journey.

Growing up in Bear River City and now residing in East Garland, Kristen has deep roots in the community and a love for nature, reading, and the simple joys of life—like a good nap! She finds Foot Zoning fascinating, especially its ability to connect physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, mental clarity, or a deeper sense of peace, Kristenprovides a safe, welcoming space for you to experience the benefits of Foot Zoning.
