Foot Zones with Tammy Anderson Ward

This natural approach is a great way to zen out, de-stress and give yourself a regenerative experience giving you hope for a healthier future. Foot Zoning is a powerful modality which uses gentle massage and pressure with specific techniques on points in the feet to stimulate the body's natural healing mechanisms. 

Tammy has been certified since 2013 along with many other modalities. Her grandma also practiced reflexology on her when she was a child. It's amazing how everything is connected in the feet! Tammy also includes a mineral foot soak, Lumiceutical light therapy, aromatherapy treatment with salve and more.

​Enjoy the restful and relaxing experience of a foot zone today. You get the option between a 75 minute Footzone or a 2 hour Footzone & Reiki Package selection. Both are great! Choose the one that best fits your personal preference.

🌿 Hi, I’m Ashley! I’m so excited to be joining the team at  The Wellness Center as a licensed massage therapist. I graduated from Myotherapy College of Utah in 2017 and have spent the past eight years working independently and with resorts in Park City.

I love myofascial release and lymphatic drainage, and I love incorporating gentle energy work to help clients relax, realign, and reconnect with themselves.
Outside of work, I’m happiest on our little homestead with my husband, our son, two horses, three dogs, and a flock of chickens. 🐴🐾🐔
