experiences since 2011.
Tentative Schedule:Please note: Dietary needs definitely honored and supported.
(Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free & Keto Options available.) Friday 5:00 pm: Arrival, Tour the Retreat House & Check In. 6:00 pm: Pot Luck Dinner- Everyone brings a dish to share! We do have gluten free intolerant guests so if you have something that can be modified easily, that's great. 7:00: Official welcome & introductions and fun!! 8:15: Mother Daughter Connection Activity Afterward- Free time (Could be games, hot tub, swimming, or whatever you want!) T-shirt Decorating (T-shirts provided for those who sign up 30 days in advance.) 9:30 Soundbath with Alysha Watson 10:30-11:00: I have to be a mom, so this is bed time. Thank you everyone! Saturday 7:30: Breakfast Menu: pancake bar with whipped cream, sliced fruit, chocolate chips, juice, coffee - (Gluten free and regular offered) scrambled eggs on side with salsa or ketchup 8:00: Beginning Yoga for all ages. We will set up in the house or outside on the grass, if it's nice. (optional- no pressure) You can also use this time to shower or sleep in. 9:00: Tammy 10:30: Guest Speaker with activity (TBA) 11:30: Free time to play, go for a walk, take a walk and/or take a nap 12:00: Lunch Menu: Homemade soups & salads with some tasty side options. 1:00: Pudding or Jello Contest (no hands!) 1:30: Time to connect- You have several options to choose from. It'a create your own retreat experience with lots of fun. > "Make a Keepsake" Station - several options available. Let your creativity flow! > Walk by the beach together (bring a jacket, just in case!) > Super Fun Selfie Booth > Make a Goal & Vision Board with art > Hand Massages (Salves & lotions provided) > Hot tub and/or swimming pool > Huge BALL PIT! > Giant Hide 'n Seek > Ping Pong play > Play games 5:00: Dinner Menu: Baked Potato Bar with toppings (Sweet potatoes too!) 6:00: Guest Speaker, TBA 7:00: Everyone get ready for the ultimate GLOW UP NIGHT! 8:00: Glow Dance Party with Games: We will be providing glow sticks & black lights! We will have a fun back drop too! Bring your favorite neon accessories for this so you glow. 10:00: Free time - time to start settling settle down 11:30 Bedtime again! Sunday 8:00: Breakfast Menu: Options to go for those who want to hit the road and eat on the way. The day pass is convenient for locals or those with nearby lodging.

Suggested Packing List:
Please consider bringing the following:
- Swim suit /personal towel for the pool and hot tub
- A favorite game to play (optional)
- Potluck side dish for Friday dinner
- Yoga clothing or relaxed clothing for stretching and walking & yoga mat if desired for Saturday morning
- Personal hygiene items that you will need
- Soft blanket to snuggle with, personal pillow (if desired) Other bedding is all provided unless you chose the option to bring your own.
- Extra changes of clothes. (Make sure to bring super comfy clothes)
- A coat or jacket for outside comfort. Layers are a great idea at retreats.
- If you'd like to have a white T-shirt to decorate for the glow dance party, please bring that with you! Other supplies like fabric markers, glow sticks and black light will all be provided. (Everything but the shirt. - some people do repurpose shirts and you can do that or grab a new one.)
- Favorite personal snack

free time built in for bonding and connection with your daughter.
My goal is to make this a very affordable and very comfortable weekend.
The nominal fee being asked for will help us cover costs
and provide a great experience for all who attend.

A: We do everything we can to make my offerings affordable and accessible to
anyone who would like to participate. That is very important to us.
Q: I am on a special meal plan for my health and fitness and/or food sensitivities
or allergies. Should I bring my own food?
A: You are more than welcome to bring your own food for any reason whatsoever. We do our best
to accommodate but do understand completely if you need to bring your own.
Q: What will sleeping accommodations be like?
We have a variety of options to accommodate a variety of budgets and desires.
For example, you can choose your own private room (while they last)!
