Who are we and how do we help?
Hope Haven Events is an educational and events company. Among our events, is included our Energy Healing Conference, which has been produced throughout the United States for individuals interested in learning more about holistic health modalities and connecting with others of like mind.
Complimentary modalities are sometimes referred to as energy modalities or energy healing modalities because they utilize various energy systems in the body, such as meridians, chakras, auras, etc.
Many of these are recognized therapies that have been incorporated into clinics, hospitals, and treatment centers throughout the world because of their effectiveness. Please see our Facebook page here for resources, articles and studies for more information.
Energy healing is a tool used as an aid for achieving optimal health. It is not a replacement for your doctor. We do not diagnose or prescribe.
We most gratefully respect and welcome ALL people here including those who do not ascribe to any religion. Many energy modalities have been practiced for thousands of years and many have roots in Eastern Medicine. Energy healing is intended to be a supplement to improve health in a holistic (whole body) approach.
What kinds of modalities are represented?
Our conference provides an opportunity for individuals to be introduced to and instructed by professionals in a variety of complimentary and holistic health modalities including: Qi Gong, Foot Zoning, Kinesiology, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Quantum Touch, Healing Touch, Eden Energy Systems, Sound Healing, Acupuncture, Reiki and The Emotion Code, among many others. Our presenters consist of parenting experts, naturopath doctors, writers, massage therapists, chiropractors, holistic dentists, integrative physicians, essential oils educators, foot zoning professionals, reiki practitioners, light therapists, life coaches and other mentors.
We also offer a variety of classes on forgiveness, fortitude, parenting, and much more. A minimal admission fee is requested to cover expenses. For those who have attended holistic health conferences or professional development conferences you will recognize that our pricing is extremely affordable.
Many energy workers do charge for their services, as do other occupations. They are providing a valuable service to clients and are compensated for their time and expertise. This is similar to what one would experience when hiring a life coach, a nutritionist, massage therapist or any other type of holistic practitioner. Energy Workers have invested time and financial resources into their education and in turn seek compensation for their time and expertise.
The average cost for an energy session varies amongst practitioners, but is comparable to the cost of a massage. As in any industry, some are paid more and some are paid less depending on level of education & qualifications, the area that they live, amongst other things. We hope all will feel welcome.
We are dedicated to respect and inclusion.
We aim to help any person to improve his/her/their-self through hard work, the exchange of ideas, and honest conversations. We know that an authentic and healthy community includes a diversity of individuals, concepts, inputs, ideologies, and inspirations. We are strongly committed to inclusion. We value respectful exchanges through civil discourse and a free flow of ideas. Our conferences welcome and expect a diversity of ideas, experiences, cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds.
We welcome individuals of all abilities, backgrounds, religions, races, cultures, ethnicities, sexual orientations, genders, ages, and expressions. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion not only makes us who we are, it makes us better, more creative, more innovative, more understanding, and more outstanding. Above all and including all, we will continue to work to create a safe space for everyone to contribute, to grow, to learn, and to heal.
If you witness anything that contradicts this from any of our staff, speakers, sponsors, vendors or volunteers, we ask that you kindly let us know. My personal email is [email protected] and I am committed to creating an environment of safety, respect and inclusion.
Indigenous Land Acknowledgment
A good majority of our conferences and events are held in Utah. Given that Utah has always been a gathering place for Indigenous peoples, we acknowledge that the land, which is named for the Ute Tribe, is the traditional and ancestral homelands of the Shoshone, Paiute, Goshute, and Ute Tribes and is a crossroad for Indigenous peoples.
We are grateful for the territory upon which we gather today; we respect Utah’s Indigenous peoples, the original stewards of this land; and we value the sovereign relationships that exist today.

Event Questions
Q: Will the classes be recorded?
A: Yes. Our classes at our conferences are ALWAYS recorded. You can find all of our past classes in the Go & Grow Membership.
Q: Are kids and youth invited or allowed?
A: Absolutely. We believe many of the youth today deserve the right to be here also. This is NOT an event specifically designed for children, and they will need to be mature enough to be able to sit through the classes. They do not to register like everyone else. Please find babysitters for kids under 10. Babes in arms are welcome at all of our events.
Q: Can we come with our babies?
A: Yes. Be aware of their age. Please be respectful and sit towards the back near the door and go out when baby needs assistance. We are excited to have you attend with us!
Q: Are there still vendor spaces available?
A: If you are an interested in vendor, please fill out a vendor application for the conference you are interested in.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Because of the limited amount of seats available, there are no cash refunds. However, your purchased ticket can be transferred to another student up to 2 weeks prior to the events for $20. Transfers must be done via email and sent to our Client Services Team at [email protected].
Q: How are the presenters chosen for this event?
A: They are chosen through research, referrals, study and inspiration. If you are interested in speaking at this event or at a future event with Hope Haven Events, please apply for consideration. Here is our Presenter Application Link.
