what are the benefits someone may experience?
Benefits from a Foot Zone Session vary from person-to-person, but some reported benefits include:

Does a foot zone hurt or feel good?
Oh, goodness, NO. The foot zone should NOT hurt. If you feel any pain, please tell me! That's the short answer... here's a more thorough answer to that with more details. When the energetic signals on the feet are sluggish or blocked, I do what I can to open them back up to allow flow. Some people may feel pressure. I trust the body to bring itself into balance, I never force a signal to open but rather I gently stimulate it which communicates to it to open. That allows the body to do what it needs to do to open the signal. That means that a signal may be blocked for only one session or for a few.
Either way, I work directly with you and communicate with you throughout the session to determine the level of pressure that is right for you. My purpose is not to hurt you but to help the body so it can heal itself. I do NOT like to hurt people so please tell me your pressure preference. Pain is not necessary for effectiveness. I love a good foot zone that works AND feels AH-MAZING!

What does the foot zone rejuvenation package include?
75 minutes one on one with Tammy Anderson Ward includes a foot soak in a water bath with minerals and oils, plus cutting edge light therapy technology. I also love to use crystals gently throughout your session. This is an overall Energetic reset. I will also be using advanced energy healing techniques in your sessions. Aromatherapy also included.
Tell me about your training?
I became very interested in energy healing and foot zoning in 2012. This was when one of my eight children were facing some acute health symptoms. I was fortunate enough to learn about an energy healing practitioner and got some major support in shifting his health issues. This was all non-invasive, affordable and life changing for all of us. I immediately started my own research, education and certifications. I was blown away at the differences I was witnessing in myself, my family who were getting sessions and those that I was practicing on through my very first training which was 180+ hours over 9 months. I initially invested $4,000+ but that number quickly totaled much more than that and my training has now spanned more than 12 years. I feel very grateful to have been mentored with Bob Proctor, Kirk Duncan, Wendi Jensen, WeDoFeet and many more. Considering the hundreds of books I have studied from and the thousands of students I have had since 2015. I do not use a religious context in my sessions in any way. All of my appointments are universal in nature. I am also about to certify with Breathwork through Jana McKinney. I have been studying and practicing for that since January 2024. LGBTQ friendly.

Biography-Tammy is a popular speaker, mentor, professional energy healing & foot zone practitioner, author, business strategist and healing arts advocate. She is certified in several energy healing modalities, foot zoning and has also graduated from several intense professional mentoring groups. Her ambition to learn new things and grow has fueled her educational pursuits, including international training and mentoring.
She is the President of Hope Haven Events, which has produced conferences, retreats, training and specialty events for practitioners and other business owners since 2014. This includes 100+ LARGE conferences, some with thousands of people to more intimate groups as well. Tammy has compiled and published several books as well as produced dozens of healing retreats.
