Question: Do you allow vendors to share their booth space with other vendors?
Answer: We do not allow sharing at this event. We affordable options for everyone to choose from.
Question: Do you offer payment plan options for vendors?
Answer: Yes. We are small business owners too and understand this makes it easier at times. For options, please text me at 435-339-0442 or email me [email protected] We would be happy to work with you.
Question: How do we submit names for our tickets included in our vendor package?
Answer: Once you are officially registered, we will get you a link to give to your guests.
It's a super simple process for each guest that takes less than 1-2 minutes.
Question: What time is set up and take down?
Answer: Move in time in scheduled for June 13th at 7 am. Arrival and set up for Friday and Saturday both is 7 am - 8 am.
Take down and departure is 7 pm - 9 pm on Saturday, June 14th, 2025.
Question: Do we need to bring a table and chairs?
Answer: It depends on which vendor booth that you choose. Standard booth and up will include a vendor package with a 6 ft table with linen and two chairs. Basic vendor spaces do not come with tables, linens or chairs.
Question: What does the approval process look like?
Answer: We do have go through an approval process to make sure that your product or service is aligned for our conference.
Most vendors are accepted. However, if it isn't a fit, we will contact you within a reasonable amount of time and you'll be refunded 100%. To inquire further, please contact Tammy at 435-339-0442
Question: What kind of support is offered to vendors before the event?
Answer: We have a speaker/vendor FB group for you to join and network ahead of time. You'll also have a Information Guide with all of the details you'll need. You are offered a pre-recorded series of videos full of support, ideas, tips and training. Our goal is for all of our vendors and speakers to feel supported and have success! In addition, if further help is needed, Tammy and Braxee will be there to help you every step of the way.

I am so glad I chose to have a table at the Energy Healing Conference! As a speaker and healer, I currently do not sale physical products, instead I sale session packages, webinars and retreats. I thought that people would have to see me present my class in order to work with me and that a booth would be a waste of time. Not so!
