Yoga is an experience of Ayni (Ayni is a practice of giving and receiving; deep reciprocity in the Andean culture) For Aubree, being on the mat is a deep reminder to connect with Ayni through the breath and experience the same connection with all consciousness off the mat. Her favorite poses are Crow for the resiliency it brings up in the mind and Sleeping Pigeon for the surrender it nudges in the body. Come experience the joy and simplicity of Yoga with Aubree!

Oh Tammy! THANK YOU for what was created this weekend at the Luxury Business Retreat. I came not fully knowing why I was supposed to be here. I just simply knew I got to be here... I came with an open mind and open heart and simply TRUSTED. I only knew 2 of the women out of the 38 people who were here and that was one of the greatest gifts! Q: Is this event child/babe friendly?
A: It's actually not this time. This retreat is exclusively for adults. Thank you for making other
accommodations for your children. You must be 18 years or older to attend.
Q: Where is this exclusive retreat being held?
A: Great question! This private, beautiful property is nestled in Mendon, UT.
Q: I am on a special meal plan for my health and fitness and/or food sensitivities
or allergies. Should I bring my own food?
A: You are more than welcome to bring your own food for any reason whatsoever. However, if you let us know
upon registering, we will do my very best to accommodate you. (We are super good at this! I am gluten free and mostly sugar free myself.)
Q: What is included in the retreat tuition?
Retreat Tickets include lodging for 3 days & 2 nights in amazingly comfortable accommodations.
Every retreat attendee also has meals included during the retreat in addition to the high level of attention and
support during the event for your business. Each retreat attendee also receives great connection opportunities at the retreat
and also inside of our exclusive FB group. Friday night's dinner is potluck style. Yoga, guest speakers,
light therapy, foot mineral soak is included for each participant.
What additional options may be available?
There will be a professional photographer on site offering mini sessions for business owners who are looking to update their
photos for social media and websites. That will be taken care of directly though them.
We may also have a massage therapist, reiki practitioner and/or foot zoning professional there in attendance.
If they offer their services, that would be a direct service from them with an expense.
Q: What will sleeping accommodations be like?
We have a variety of options to accommodate a variety of budgets and desires. If you are looking to save some cash,
you may want to choose the Queen shared space or a Bring Your Own Airbed Space.
Q: Why are the prices so low?
A: We do everything we can to make my offerings affordable and accessible to
anyone who would like to participate. That is very important to us. This is a high caliber retreat, designed and
produced by someone who wants to make it accessible for you. Prices range from $450 and up with lodging.
Q: I've heard you can come with a great discount opportunity by offering support?
We have a couple options for you with that. I am looking for 2 volunteers to help with
clean up after meals. If you'd like to offer your support, you will save $100.
