  • Booth sizes approximately 10' deep x 10' wide. 
  • Your ticket is included with your purchase!
  • Each vendor receives an additional 10 pre-paid sponsored General Admission guest tickets. You can use these extra tickets for your helpers, do giveaways on social media to promote your booth that you will be at the conference! And for friends, family, and preferred clients. (General Admission Value: $59 each x 10 = $590)​​
  • Complimentary access to a pre-recorded business training with Tammy Anderson Ward, valued at $197.
  • ​If you want any additional space to increased width, please contact us directly for custom pricing. ​​

This is the most economically priced vendor space. The traffic is lower typically but is still excellent with this many people.

This is located in good traffic located in the in a vendor hall. Typically worth the extra cost from standard. Possible corner booths.
Approximately 10' Deep x 10' Wide Vendor Space.

  • 10-Pre-Paid Sponsored General admission tickets included,​​ valued at $590. 

$899 Premium Booth SOLD OUT
This is located in the highest projected foot traffic areas located in the in a vendor area or hall. This is the best of the best and  worth the extra cost from silver. Comes with lots of extras. Approximately 10' Deep x 10' Wide Vendor Space ​
  • A table and 2 chairs and are provided for you.
  • 20-Pre-Paid Sponsored General admission tickets included,​​ valued at $590. 
  • 5 amp electricity included. (Please bring an extension cord to connect to outlet) valued at $100
  • 1 Box lunch is included. valued at $30

You will not be able to add this the day of the conference. It must be pre-ordered.

Options Includes: Salads or Sandwiches, chips, dessert, and drink. GF option also available.

I am so glad I chose to have a table at the Energy Healing Conference! As a speaker and healer, I currently do not sale physical products, instead I sale session packages, webinars and retreats. I thought that people would have to see me present my class in order to work with me and that a booth would be a waste of time. Not so! The majority of my new clients came because of having a booth and the contact I had with them and not from my class! I also increased my sign ups to my website by 10% because of having the booth. Frequently Asked Questions Section


We are here to help this be a seamless process.

Question: Do you allow vendors to share their booth space with other vendors?
Answer: Yes. We do require that if you are sharing or subleasing your space that an application process is also completed. Each vendor is required to be vetted. They must understand and agree to the policies of the conference. Please make sure you contact [email protected].

Question: How do we submit names for our tickets included in our vendor package?
Answer: Once you are officially registered, we will get you a link to give to your guests. It's a super simple process for each guest that takes less than 5 minutes. 

Question: What time is set up and take down?
Answer: Arrival and set up is 7 am - 8 am. Take down and departure is 7 pm - 8 pm.

Question: Do we need to bring a table and chairs?
Answer: Not this time. We provide one banquet size table with linen and two chairs. 

Question: What does the approval process look like?

Answer: We do have go through a vetting process to make sure that your product or service is aligned for our conference. Most vendors are accepted. However, if it isn't a fit, we will contact you within a reasonable amount of time and you'll be refunded 100%.

Question: What kind of support is offered to vendors before the event?
Answer: We have a speaker/vendor FB group for you to join and network ahead of time. You'll also have a Information Guide with all of the details you'll need. You are offered a pre-recorded series of videos full of support, ideas, tips and training. Our goal is for all of our vendors and speakers to feel supported and have success! In addition, if further help is needed, Tammy and Kathy will be there to help you step by step.
